To be honest, I have only heard the phrase Qanon on this site, typically in reference to accusations of being a conspiracy theorists. I assumed it is an actual fringe alt right group that the libs on this site are trying to pretend is more mainstream to discredit more mainstream/closer to center conservatives. I typically ignore it because it's usually a good indicator that the person is not up to actual discussion of a topic, and is in "win at all cost" mode.
