This is what's commonly known in philosophy as a category error. Which is an ontological error of applying one type of property ( Materialism, naturalism, aka science) to abstract moral concepts that do not & can not possess any of those properties.
Science is the study of the natural, material world. It possesses no epistemological capacity to produce moral oughts. Or to quote David Hume, "You can't get an ought from an IS."
Reason or logic just produces a syslogistic structure by which moral premises can be inserted, but does not produce an epistemological source by which true moral premises are determined.
But let's entertain for momment that reason and logic could potentially produce a moral ought. How do you as a highly evolved animal derived from a piece of protoplasm that washed up on the beach one day for no reason whatsoever produce a mora obligation that your moral views must adhere to the rules and laws of logic?
Last, The bible having mistakes is nothing but an empty claim - not an argument to support one. It's also a further demonstration that atheists like yourself may read or know the bible, but don't understand it.
