Sadly people can get away with that. I browsed rules and couldn't find anything on racism/hate speech by the main site(domain website) admins. I am not talking about channel admins like this place as different areas have their own rules on imgflip. I am just talking about the site as a whole. So people can still get away with that nonsense either privately or in channels that allow it.
Or channels that turn a blind eye to it.

Sure, but first do me a favor. If I had posted a picture of a statue of an afropick statue, that went up, which I did, and it had a black power fist at the top, and I remarked it was a laughable piece of modern art, like the majority of all of it is, is that an inherently racist offense deserving of deletion?
