Yet, while white/black racial makeup in America is 57.8% white & 12.4% black, here is the actual breakdown of hate crime offenders per the DOJ.

55.1% were White
21.2% were Black or African American

Blacks commit a disproportionately higher amount of hate crimes for their representative population. Almost double.

This is misleading. It's not that Black Americans commit crimes of any kind at a higher rate. It's that are arrested at a disproportionately higher rate.

Misleading? Why are you trying to change the narrative? I didn’t say blacks get arrested more often than whites. I didn’t say they get arrested for drug usage more often than whites. Or disproportionately more for speeding. Domestic violence. Gang activity. Assault. Burglary. Murder. Rape. Robbery. Grand theft auto., etc.

I said the DOJ statistics (not mine) say that black people commit 21.2% of the hate crimes. Quit trying to move the goalposts.

Stating that Blacks commit 21.2% more hate crimes than whites assumes that 1) 100% of all hate crimes are reported, 2) investigated, 3) and an arrest is made.

Since you cannot state that, the only thing you can say is that they are arrested at a higher rate for hate crimes.

Let's say 10 white guys beat several asian men to death, they are arrested for the hate crime.

But then that afternoon, in a downtown demonstration, 12 black men are arrested for "hate crimes" that were just actually them protesting racism.

That's 21% more arrests.

You don't know that Blacks commit any crime at a higher rate than any other demographic. All you know is that they're arrested at a higher rate.

Jesus, for the second time, this has NOTHING to do with arrests. This report discusses the reporting of hate crimes. It mentions nothing about arrests, or convictions. It’s about the victims and who assaults them. I didn’t write the report and I don’t work for the DOJ or FBI (where the stats came from) - don’t be made at me for providing you with public information, just because it blows a huge hole in your narrative.

You've been told by your racist family and friends that "Blacks are just more violent" and then spoon-fed this data from the FBI to back it up.

But the truth is that Black Americans are no more or less violent than any other demographic within the United States.

They are also arrested at higher rates. They are convicted at higher rates. They are given harsher sentences.

How? It’s called reporting. If a white male mugs me and I call the cops, they have a report on file. Whether or not they ever catch him has no relevance to crime statistics. In the eyes of the DOJ and FBI, that is one case reported against a white person and one case reported against a male. That’s how statistics are gathered. Just like the census. They knock in your door, ask you how many people live there & their ages, and then they write it down. They don’t demand you parade every occupant in front of them to verify it.
