Some better more accurate tips:

-Avoid speeding or rapid acceleration and braking
(For those who don't know what lots of starts and stops means. Not run through red lights because you shouldn't stop. Seriously, seeing that a lot.)

-Observe the speed limit
(Reduce your speed means, speed less)

-Keep tires properly inflated
(Stop ignoring that tire light.)

-Avoid hauling cargo on your roof and lighten load inside your car.
(Addressed as Get rid of extra weight - doesn't mean actually lose weight. In fact, carpooling would also help. Not on this list.)

-Carpool!
(This is not extra weight.)

-Avoid leaving the car idling for too long
(You can still stop at red lights.)

-Keep up on maintenance
(Maybe go to a shop once a year, or if you're able, do it yourself. If you're not able, get a shop. One you trust.)

-Consider using cruise control feature
(My car doesn't have this option, but I could see how it might help.)

-Plan your trips ahead of time
(Good lord yes. Rely less on GPS. Unless you're googling routes to your location or locations.)

-Be decisive when picking a parking spot
(Park in the back. The walk will do you some good. It's faster to get in and out of the parking lot that way. And besides, if point four actually means to address your personal weight; walking will do that too!)

-Maybe don't support truckers who are wasting gas for political purposes.
(It's a neat idea but bad timing. I mean, stopping traffic will certainly impact the economy. For the worse.)

So, you're comfortable with gas prices going up even higher by at least 10%?

I mean it seems like Biden is teetering on doing that anyway given how little we actually buy from Russia.

If completed, the Keystone XL would have added 510,000 barrels (81,000 m3) per day increasing the total capacity up to 1.1 million barrels (170,000 m3) per day.

From what I understand, we're buying about this many barrels per year from each of the following countries:

Saudi Arabia - 400,000
Iran - 3,000
Venezuela - 92,000

Currently, Canada exports about 3.8 million bpd to the United States, according to U.S. Energy Department data. Analysts expect that to rise to between 4.2 million and 4.4 million bpd over the next few years even without the Keystone Pipeline. Pipeline expansions currently in progress will add more than 950,000 bpd of export capacity for Canadian producers before 2025, according to Rystad Energy.

So, you're building a mountain out of a molehill.

Not to mention, that I've never seen the Democrat shill Colbert ever ask such a serious question of the President. The image you used was from 2015 interview increases my skeptisim.

Meanwhile we're hitting record highs without the XL extension.

But I guess that fact is inconvenient to your driven narrative.

That is amazing that Biden did that globally in just a few short years. It's almost like it had nothing to do with him being in office. Oh wait.

Cutting off Russian oil and the corresponding higher price of gas is great news for our oil industry and any American invested in it.

Huh, seems like the right wing are big on censorship here. Hypocrites. They come into P2 complaining about deletion, then turn around and do it themselves.
