I think it looks more like she's not actually there. A lot of weather reporters have been doing that lately, dressing up and pretending to be on the scene, when they're actually indoors and overlaying their image over an external shot, which in this case accidentally got inverted.
Look at the shoulder and arm of her coat, there's some color bleed there.
it is a picture taken from a TV screen it will loose details. Still, the meme is freaking funny, and here in the south there are even billboards of FJB. You are welcome to drive to Tennessee and see them for yourself.

Well I'm assuming there's actual video of this somewhere and the image itself isn't photoshopped... Probably be better to look at that if it could be found.
yeah dude, it is simple, it all depends which side of the flag you are looking at. If the flag is see through, which looks like it is, that is how you will see it from the other side. It was a flag meant to be hang at a wall, not a truck.
