There weren't any clear rules for how presidents was to operate, so I wanted to make a constitution.
First, I asked for what the stream wanted to see

Then I asked for stream input on what congress should look like

Then I wrote a draft, and posted it for more input and critique

At some point there was a vote, I don't think it actually passed, there wasn't massive support for a constitution at the time.
Correct me if I'm wrong on this one (I was gone), but during the summer, I believe there was actually a version of the constitution I wrote that was enacted.
In early fall, IncognitoGuy wrote and passed 2 more constitutions. There were a few changes, but the main part of it was copy and pasted from my draft.
OlympianProduct wanted a definitive constitution without all the loops for power-abuse offered in IG's constitution.
He wrote the constitution, much of which was copy and pasted from the RUP constitutions, which was, in turn, copy and pasted from my original draft

He also asked for input from the other parties that hadn't written their own constitutions

He also added an article that would prevent every new administration from changing the constitution however they wanted, as many times as they wanted

There were several discussions/votes on how parts of the new constitution were to work

And thus, we have arrived at the finished product

This constitution was not written by one person or one party. It started with my draft and lots of stream input, went through a few different versions under RUP, and then was modified by OlympianProduct, and subject to much more stream input and critique.
