Section 1 – In order to impeach a President, Vice President, Head of Congress, or member of Congress, 2 officials (President, Vice President, Head of Congress, or member of Congress) must call for an impeachment and bring their charges to the Owner/Judge, who will determine if there are grounds for impeachment. If the Judge decides the charges are enough to debate and vote on, the charges shall proceed to the Jury. The Jury shall consist of Congress, President, and Vice President. The user being impeached will not be given a seat on the Jury. In order to convict, the Jury must vote 2/3 in favor of conviction, and the user will be removed from their position. Any further punishment can be recommended by the Jury to the Judge.
