Don't listen to OP. He doesn't know what he's talking about. The Senate doesn't exist yet. And even if it did, the things they're voting on aren't even its job. Once it does exist, the Senate will only vote on foreign affairs not internal matters.

Proposal 3
In order for a stream to be represented, it must have an active membership (at least 3 different users posting per week)
that’s not what the senate is. the senate is representing streams not parties.

50 followers total, not 50 followers that participate in Presidents.

Proposal 4
In order for a stream to be represented, that stream must hold an election of some kind to choose the senator. This may be a general election, or an election by moderators, or by owners, etc.
Nay. Some streams may only have 1 person interested in serving. This should be worked out internally based on the stream’s situation, sections may not be required.
Nay.
Some of my streams might be interested in sending representatives (if one of their members are active on this stream) but none of them want to hold elections. Let each stream's owners decide how to select Senators.

Nay
I think having elections would be the best course of action if possible. However, I don’t think there’s enough people who would actually be willing to get involved in the RP for elections to really make sense outside of the very largest streams.
