well for cable channels, selling advertisements is how they make money. Fox News has 2x - 3x the number of viewers, so they earn more ad revenue.

Well here's the thing. I didn't watch Joe Biden on Fox News. I watched it online in it's full context and guess what? It didn't change anything.

What you are missing is that if a conservative, any conservative, used the word "negro" there would be news stories for weeks calling for him or her to apologize and calling for him or her to be canceled.

However, a Democrat, can say "negro" with reckless abandon and get away with it. Dems can even say the "n" word and no one cares.

The right is calling Biden a racist for just the mention of the word because that is what the left has been doing to the right for decades.

So BSNBC's huge, earth shattering, revelation that Fox edited out "pitcher in the Negro League" is NOT the issue. It is irrelevant. We all know that Jackie Robinson was a pitcher in the Negro League. We all know that the word "negro" is part of the name of the league, we know it is used for a college fund for black students. The word is used in a lot of places.

There was a Republican politician about 15 years ago who had to step down because he used the word "n**gardly". That word is not related to the "n", they do not share the same etymology. It is Scandinavian in origin and it means stingy or miserly. Someone who is tight with their money. It has absolutely nothing to do with the "n" word.
