They actually apply to all businesses with 100 employees or more that do business in any way with the Federal Government. It also applies to states with leftist governors who make mandates on law enforcement and health care workers.

Being the government has given exceptions to the CDC, illegals, congress, etc… they have given up their right to enforce any mandates per the equality under the law principle. Furthermore, law enforcement has zero constitutional authority to enforce mandates. The 4th amendment requires the government to have probable cause that a law was broken. Mandates are not laws

The biggest enforcement mechanism is through the individual’s employer. If you can’t get your paycheck without complying and you have a family with bills to pay, it is indirect government coercion.

New York judge already ruled that an religious exception must be allowed. Anyone not wanting the vaccine can claim religious exemption. Which means the mandate is unenforceable if not illegal. Over 8000 people have died from the vaccine to date. Any other drug would have been pulled from the market.
