Your logic is faulty.  If proof existed that any votes were duplicates, they would have been thrown out.

I had seen bags - big clear trash bags - leaning against the mailbox when I went to mail something at 2am on election night. Same type of envelope as was my mail-in ballot. I could see some through the bag, and they were all from people named Manuel de la Muerte.
