Well I haven’t done a deep dive into those conspiracy theories. Nor do I intend to. Seems obvious to me that Epstein simply had a motive and opportunity to take his own life.

From the Wikipedia article I was just reading, there was a series of system failures that allowed Epstein to do this. Like he wasn’t being checked on every 30 minutes that night and a couple of the guards fell asleep and some of the video cameras weren’t working.
