If it's about cancer, disregard it. You're not looking for conjectures - YOU'VE ALREADY MADE THE CONJECTURE. You're looking at CONCLUSIONS. EVIDENCE. And this was a paper on something else.
If you'd said hey, don't include that in your list, that would be a fair cop! But it's NOT a chance to go "ah ha! This one agrees with me" because IT DID NOT TEST THAT CONJECTURE. IT WAS ABOUT CANCER. COVID IS NOT CANCER.
And why don't you try arguing that humans need water and see what happens? Try being right for once, I'd actually find that remarkably refreshing.
