I would say I hate to tell you so, but I really don't. You get what you deserve when you support lunacy.

They will not be easy to recruit. More officers are leaving in large numbers everyday. You can't declare a job to be filled with miscreants and racists, demonizing them all, and expect anything less. The quality of your recruits - if you can find them - will not be of the caliber of those lost.
