I would argue there is more mental illness in the suburbs - but more available treatments to those who live there.

You bring up a good point though - Democrat leaders having power in cities - tend to attract mental illness, drug addicted, and uneducated people. That's because uneducated mentally ill people can't comprehend exactly how bad Democrats are sticking it up their tailpipes.
