In order to actually do what you fear mongerers claim would take a constitutional amendement that requires we believe a yes vote by 2/3 of American States. And that will never happen.

The Constitution is 100% crystal clear. "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" yet that does not stop "right wingers" from "subjectively" cherry picking when violating the constitution is "okie dokie" People on both sides support gun laws even though they are ALL unconstitutional.

They need him to convince themselves that Biden, as a nice person, is a better alternative. This, even though any objective person can see that Biden is suffering from dementia and CLEARLY unable to perform the duties of the office of the president of the United States.
