They do. Trump spent money just as bad as Obama. We're doomed if we keep voting these big spenders in. At least Trump got the nation working again and that, in turn, generated more revenue for the government to pretend to pay our debts with.

That's why I thought Ted Cruz should have been president in 2016. But seeing the Democrats lynch Trump day in and day out, I wouldn't wish that nightmare on anyone.

I don't think the left would have attacked Cruz as much he has more political experience and knows how the game is played a bit better I do believe. Trump had the wrong plan but surrounded himself with incompetent people and it ruined his ability to do much of anything.

I mean he had the right plan but wrong people. Dammit. Stupid keyboard! lol

Perhaps you are right. At least they wouldn't have any "mean tweets" to cry about. However I am almost certain they would have tried to pin Russian collusion on Cruz because that scheme was invented to pin on Trump only because he won the election. They would have done that to anyone who beat Hillary.
