I haven’t heard anything of it becoming a season, but overall the most members of the LGBTQ community do agree with having corporate logos become a rainbow doesn’t quite give meaning of them being friendly. Most logo changes are done to enhance the company’s appeal to people. But changing it to rainbow colors doesn’t show that the business cares about the community, more so it wants to look like they accept them. So, “narcissistic snowflakes” isn’t a term thar should be used for the entire LGBTQ community, more for the business that exaggerate this to their design.

So damned if you do, damned if you don't. Don't worry, companies will stop pandering when the vast majority of normal people get sick of it. But I agree that it's a corporate gimmick/virtue signaling.

As 2021’s Pride Month comes to a close, Sony has released a free rainbow theme for the PS4, as well as a bespoke list of games on the PlayStation store that highlight LGBTQ+ characters and themes. Additionally, it has also reiterated its support for the LGBTQ+ community through partnerships with organizations such as The Trevor Project and Gayming Magazine.

The list of Pride 2021 games includes over 50 titles on the PS4 and PS5, many of which feature LGBTQ+ characters such as The Last of Us 2, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Night in the Woods. In addition to the list of games, Sony has also curated a “PlayStation Pride Playlist” on Spotify which features various songs ranging from ’80s hits like George Michael to more modern artists like Frank Ocean.

The fact the vast majority of it is just a marketing campaign at this point doesn't help. Major corporations are exploiting the LGBT+ community for money, but only in countries where it's not politically incorrect to do so.

I really hate how they use rainbow for this shit. As a christian ( SOMETHING THAT HAS BEEN AROUND LONGER THAN GAYS) Rainbows are a covenant between Noah and God(Read the flood story) and seeing themselves use it in PRIDE(The deadliest of the seven sins) is sick.......Use a different flag
