It appears that you have misunderstood the meme. No where on that meme does it say that capitalists are being oppressed. What it does say is that Group A is brainwashed into thinking Group B is oppressing them. Groups A and B can be any groups of people. Marx used the workers against the business owners. That expanded out to the rich vs the poor. Cultural Marxism uses race and gender as the "oppressed" while the race and gender of another group is the "oppressor".

It really doesn't matter who Group A or Group B are. The point is that Marxism cannot get a foothold unless there is a huge divide in a society. It is a divide a conquer strategy.

Marxism, therefore, thrives on 2 sins, hatred and envy and it does so by accusing Group A of hatred and greed. After it gains control then it's perpetuation depends on the oppressing of everyone outside of the ruling elite. It is slavery.

The two groups you have to be talking about, if you have ever read Marx, which you obviously have not, would be the proletariat (working class) and the bourgeoise (capitalist class). The relationship between these two groups, class struggle, is essential to understanding capitalism.

The problem you are talking about depends on where the revolution leads. The Bolsheviks were uninterested in socialist democracy, and wanted to establish a one-party communist state, to ferment democratic centralism within a vanguard state. This of course resulted in despotism, and reproduced class structures and hierarchies similar to capitalism (especially oppression by the bureaucracy).

It is important to note that not all communists seek to establish a dictatorship of the proletariat through the means of the state. Anarchists are wiser than this, and know that the state can only be an oppressive institution equipped for the protection of privileged social classes. This is why the anarchists in Spain collectivized without the use of the state and why the Makhnovists practiced anarchist communism in Ukraine.
