The amendments in place still need to be enforced. The 13th amendment is still in place and will be until America falls.

All Biden is saying is that any amendments can be reversed. Like Octavia said, prohibition is a good example of what Joe means. He's not supporting slavery, and I'm sure that if Trump had said this you would have no problem with it.

I think it's more than fair to say that if Trump had said something like this, the media would be all over him for it. A calm and rational observation, like Octavia had in this case, would not be something the media would be capable of, had Trump said it.

Sure with a constitutional congress called by all 50 states and then approved by a 2/3rd majority vote of the people. Good luck with that.
