Also, the cost is not distributed evenly. I, for instance, am "poor" and will most likely never pay a cent of that tab (but I will get the money, I'm not rejecting it on principle, even if I "should". It wouldn't help in the scheme of things). Many who don't pay the tab consider it "free". It is paid by the nebulous "rich".

Sadly, based on the model as it progresses, with expenditures continuing, more and more people who are making less and less will be considered "rich" and forced to pay. That will go right up until there's no distinction between rich and poor, and nobody is left to pay for anything. Then we'll be "rich" or we'll all be poor (that distinction won't matter.)

The only distinction will be between the govt and the people, with the govt being the protected class.
