There's no reason to suspect the election results.

Rallies don't determine who wins an election. Trump holding rallies is just another reason why he lost the election as his super spreader events killed a lot of his own supporters.

These people were deported while their children were detained to ensure they could either live with family still in the US or were also deported to family in their home country. They were detained for no more than a few weeks

Under Trump, he ramped up this policy which almost doubled the number of people and their children who were detained. Leaving them in such facilities for months or years instead of a few weeks.

Just in the last year alone Trump made the pandemic worse and caused the infection of millions and the deaths of at least 500,000 people by basically ensuring the pandemic would worsen by spreading misinformation, holding huge rallies without proper protection, literally becoming a superspreader, and doing everything to not provide economic relief, even spending all the time he could to make sure relief bills couldn't pass. And that is ONLY last year.
