I never want to hear the word 'Actually' ever again. To me, It marks anything you say as biased. I have no problem with people correcting me or what I say, as long as they don't start with 'Actually'.

Any sentence with "quorum," "bylaws," or "ground rules" in it.
Also "personal space" needs a replacement, because it inspires violation of said "personal space" with a smack upside the head. "Can you like, not breath within 20 feet of me" should suffice.

beezkneez is a special case. I tolerate him/her for the most part. it's the way you use those words that reflect who you are, and then I can like or dislike a person. I don't like to dislike anyone.
