By late in Carters term prices and wages were running away upwards with wages unable to keep growth with prices resulting in a reduction of living standards. Then the powerful NWO instrument of the Central Bank decreased the money supply and raised interest rates which by the time of Reagan caused a deeper recession which Reagan had to get the country out of. The next administration then had to spend a great amount of it's time working to lift things up. Dems use the situations they have caused to say that Republicans can't run the economy when they themselves have either been responsible for the elements which created a poor economy or were coincidentally aided by the unseen hand operating .
Once they get power again they have the ropes relaxed in some areas and tightened in others and they try it all again.

How about cleaner environment and cheaper gas?
Instead of moving oil through the pipes, cleanly and efficiently with no emissions, now that oil will be moved by trains and semis running on diesel. This sort of logic is what turns liberals into libtards.

The goal is to eliminate fossil fuels like oil and gas entirely.

We have nothing alternative at the moment that wont result in massive blackouts (like libtards in CA are realizing) so in the meantime, move it cleanly by pipes, NOT by creating more emissions and pollution.
