Minimum wage is for entry level people in training. Frankly a person at 18 is not worth $15 an hour right out of school. Restaurant youth prove that point. If the job can’t be done well enough with low enough training costs, then the job is not worth having - from the business owner’s view, so that job is eliminated or passed to another who gets paid $15 and has to work 2 jobs. Or the job is now robotic. You can’t legislate wages into capitalism.
