It's fine for you to feel that way. The only problem for you may be heart disease, clogged arteries, and high blood pressure, etc., all leading to an early death. At least if you eat a diet of mostly meat and few vegetables. And I don't think that even vigorous exercise can mitigate those conditions.
That's okay though. I can tell you from plenty of personal experience with seniors that those last 15 years or so are not exactly the best years of our lives.
Other cultures that eat meat, do so only as a minor ingredient in vegetable, fruit, nuts, legumes, etc. rich diets. I'm not being critical of you, since I believe you should do whatever you want. Just giving you some food for thought, so to speak.
