Democrats have always been the party of slavery. They just changed their tactics of hating blacks. Now they use them for votes by keeping them poor and segregated from everyone else.

Because, statistically, black people tend to come from more impoverished backgrounds, a higher percentage of black people end up in crime life, which leads to police being more involved in black crimes.
