They only call it hate speech when it publicly targets one of their protected groups. You can talk shit about white people all day and they will never say a word. I think there are limits to what speech is acceptable, but also how it should be addressed. Any standard must be applied equally - Isn't that what the Equal Protections Clause is about?

I just wish we would have the blind justice system and no matter who you are, you get treated the same way. If you are allowed to speak then we know where you stand. If I heard someone praising the KKK or Black Panthers, I would stay away from them. Once you silence people they usually become violent. Like Antifa and the Alanon people in Washington DC.
