He's really going to regret not wearing a mask in two weeks.

Nothing to do with COVID, just a simple way he could have avoided prosecution.

Crimes against the United States and its Constitution

Several federal laws punish activity attacking the United States government itself, or that attacks the Constitution.

First, federal law makes it a crime to engage “in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof.” Someone who violates this statute faces a fine and up to 10 years in prison.

This law makes it a crime to incite such a rebellion, too, and violators “shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.” Thus, to the extent that a government official was complicit in Wednesday’s riot, they could potentially be stripped of their office.

Second, the law prohibits a “seditious conspiracy” to “overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States” or to “by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States.” Participants in such a conspiracy could face up to 20 years in prison.

Cept no one attacked the government. Antifa broke windows and the DC police let them in. Its all on video and being investigated by law enforcement as we speak.

LOL...No. Again, regardless of *what* they are (some antifa dressed up as MAGA or actual MAGA) they deserve to go down. HARD. But I think the vast majority of them are dyed in the wool Trump cultists.

Just some fake news in your links:
* "ransacking" nope.
* "Obviously it was a failure, or you would not have had police lines breached, and people enter the capitol building by breaking windows and terrorizing the people, the members of Congress, who were doing a very sacred Constitutional requirement of their jobs. So clearly there was a failure there,” nope, police are on video ushering them in.
* "The signs for pandemonium were there. A December tweet from Trump invited supporters to DC for a big protest on January 6, telling them to be there, and that it “will be wild." Nope saying "will be wild is not inciting a riot.
* "Leaders of far-right groups like the Proud Boys urged their followers to go. Trump supporters had clashed with police the night before, and they were openly planning violence on far-right social media sites." Nope. Proud Boys are not far right, no violence was planned by Proud Boys at all.
* "Elaine Godfrey: “They looked totally outnumbered, totally outmanned. They didn't really seem to use any of the tools at their disposal to push back on the protesters as they were approaching the Capitol and going through that first layer of barricades." hey a nugget of truth!
* "Jake Angeli, a 32-year old Arizona resident and self-pronounced member of QAnon, wore a fur hat with giant horns. Richard Barnett, an Arkansas resident who self-identified as a white nationalist online, sat in House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s office and put up his feet. Adam Johnson, a Florida resident, walked off with Speaker Pelosi’s lectern. As of today, these men have not been arrested"
Huh? I wonder why that is? I mean they arrested 70+ people so far... maybe they can't find them, being the widely known people that they are.

Your 2nd link says they are arresting people that trespassed. MMMmkay... sure.

Yes, some Qtards broke in but it was mostly Antifa.

Oh I agree that they should be arrested for trespassing and destruction of property. They've already been identified as Antifa infiltrators. Its over for them. Law enforcement is investigating as we speak.

I guarantee that Biden won't get re-elected, and Kamala isn't eligible to be president. So once Pelosi gets in and starts signing unconstitutional executive orders to confiscate guns and force vaccinations, it'll be over.
2 ups, 4y
Why wouldn't Biden be re-elected and why wouldn't Kamala be eligible? And if Biden wasn't re-elected wouldn't Kamala lose also? And why would Nancy Pelosi still be in office? And why would she be in charge signing executive orders? None of this rambling makes sense. Dude you're sounding unhinged.

I'll upvote that. The ones that broke the windows should go to jail for destruction of Federal property. You might get a few trespassing suits as well, but they won't stick because the DC police ushered them in.

that was criminal and should have been treated as such. The acts yesterday were borderline treasonous.

1 up, 4y
He can't, so he'll act like the two are completely incomparable.

He's not wrong, but he thinks the Capitol rukus was WAY WORSE than over a year of looting and destruction.

Running amok in a building full of octogenarian white lawyers - DEATH! INSURRECTION!

Burning black neighborhoods to the ground and ensuring they will never be rebuilt - free expression.

I don't need to prove anything to you of what i said in the past. (but i condemned any illegal acts as just that. Criminal and prosecutable but I can't prove it)
