No, being democratically elected within set term limits isn’t a dictatorship. Suspending the democratic process is. Neither Cuomo, Nancy, or Roosevelt advocated doing away with our democratic process or extending their own terms. The two-term limit for Presidents came after Roosevelt and he wasn’t tyrannical for going for a third term within the legal parameters of the time.

Term limits vary depending upon the office. You can indeed have more than two terms with the exception of the position of the President. Since the time of Roosevelt, Presidential Term limits have been limited to two, nor can you run for office after serving two. The same isn't so for other positions specifically within Congress. Hence why there are many who still advocate for additional term limits for the legislative branch. Furthermore, the rules of the constitution are not set in stone. That is why we call it's legislation amendments. They are amendable.

The Democrats constantly rejected a stimulus package in favor of their own, which had lots of extra money that had no clear and immediate benefit for Americans trying to get by. They literally held constituents hostage instead of setting aside their wants to vote on the smaller stimulus package fronted by Republicans. That we're getting "progress" now is an insult to all Americans, not some bipartisan victory.
