With the dominion audit released and massive evidence being presented in the senate hearing on Wednesday, Congress will either need to side with the dueling electors giving Pennsylvania, Georgia and Nevada to Trump or invoke Article 2 and allow the House and Senate to vote giving the win to Trump.

The SCOTUS made it clear that their majority opinion is that there is “no remedy nor standing”. If the case had merits then some of the judges would’ve said as much in a pointed dissent.
