It doesn't matter. Look up 'the appeal process'. As long as they can show that the judges rulings don't match precedents (which there are precedents both ways) it'll be appeal to the higher courts.

If you go to Justice Stevens with "It doesn't matter" you will get nothing. He does not do that shit. He is and has always been insistent that appeals don't get picked up unless the standing requirement is satisfied.

Supreme Court is filled with rino's and neo-cons. It will get to the supreme court and then they'll render a decision and it will determine which side starts the civil war.

Biden won. The States are certifying the results. It is over. Trump's chances to contest the election are just about closed - he has about two days to get his case together but his actions aren't that of someone furiously revising his legal situation: they're that of someone who's playing golf while his life falls apart around him.

The EC margin of victory for Biden is the exact same, 306. He carried the states that put him over the top by similar margins or sometimes even greater than Trump carried those same states in 2016.
