What happens is the judges were all voted in by the same system, or they were appointed by people who were, so all voter fraud usually gets turned down in the lower courts, that's when they get appealed to a higher court. This process goes on with each side appealing until it hits the supreme court.

You need standing to appeal to the SCOTUS or they just won't take your case. In this context, standing means that Trump would need to prove that enough votes are within the scope of the lawsuits to overturn the election entirely - which is something he's yet to prove.

Nope, the software itself has been found by law enforcement to flip votes. It doesn't show up as a malfunction because its programmed not to.
