And now Righties are cashing in this ready-made excuse to ignore substantial criticism of Barr whether offered by Holder or not.
If it weren’t that, it’d be something else.
But let’s take it at face-value.
If it was improper for Holder to be Obama’s “wingman,” then what about Barr actually fixing the Flynn prosecution, undermining Mueller, and giving the invented concept of Obamagate more credence than it deserves (even if he hasn’t actually moved on it yet)?
The best that can be said for Barr is he hasn’t given into the right-wing fever swamps that demand prosecution of Hillary, Biden, etc. — basically every high-level Democrat if they could get away with it
Because then we’d really be entering Banana Republic justice territory
