I used to make stand and stuff tacos with refried beans mixed with garlic and taco spice, sauteed onions, mushrooms, pineapples with garlic, iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, with mango salsa sauce and hot sauce with old Cheddar over it as it goes into the oven to melt the cheese, pre lettuce and tomato addition. So good.

I forgot the most important thing. Sour cream.
