Abortion is usually authorized and administered by the health industry and is usually executed with consent. Homicide occurs without consent, like rape.

like i said earlier, i discourage abortion. however, i don't condone government power either. euthanasia and abortion are different things that are done for different reasons; they aren't comparable.
