Puerto Rico has received more funds and material than any other territory, but the disbursement of monies is in the hands of their own government, which has had numerous accusations and arrests for corrupt officials barring work and supplies from getting to the people. Trump has no control over that...They are a Territory, not a state, and he doesn't even have that power over states. If you want to blame someone for Puerto Rico, blame their leaders. I have family there, and they all know it's a corrupt political system that f**ked them over. But that is all just a deflection that you used to not answer the first comment.
