I think OAN mentioned something about it as well. But the way I see it, it has validity. Why would a 75 year old man attempt to harass police officers who are dressed in full riot gear if he was just taking a walk or "just being peaceful? " It doesn't add up.

The first amendment doesn't give you the right to come up to a police officer and harass them when they are clearing the area of rioters. He has the right to a peaceful protest if that protest is in fact peaceful. If you're among those rioting or protesting with aggression, then you're going to get shoved. And if he's such a frail old man, he should have been in his home, not "demonstrating" among rioters.
