However, Brazil is a country where a lot of areas are affected greatly by poverty, and the people there are often living in close contact with one another. The case count in Brazil is probably significantly higher, but the nation does not have the ability to distribute tests like Italy or Spain due to lack of finances, thus allowing its case count to be considerably lower than one might expect. (You might not want to take this advice, as this was written by a kid in middle school).
