No. Covid-19 is 3% deadly, while the flu is 0.1% deadly. So, the flu is 17 times less deadly (again), without healthcare!

The meme states that with Trump and with a much smaller numbers of casualties and cases there is mass hysteria, while under Obama with much higher numbers there was none.
