No. It was intended to remove a president who had committed a serious CRIME. That has not happened here (or any crime for that matter) as all the evidence shows. Incompetent and Lazy are not criteria, which of course Trump is neither.

High crimes and misdemeanors. Constitution.

There was no misconduct. Evidence is clear. Dem spin of the evidence is not evidence.

There is no such thing as a “transparency law.” That is made up and does not exist in the laws of the United States. Just understand, that in the United States of America, which is, in 2020, the worlds worst human rights violator for mass incarceration (largely based on race) and the worlds worst human rights violator for police killing people in the streets—the areas in the country that are the worst offenders for extrajudicial executions and race based mass incarcerations are the areas THAT ARE GOVERNED BY THE PEOPLE WHO ARE BRINGING THIS IMPEACHMENT AGAINST THIS PRESIDENT. This is a fact. Not an opinion, but, unfortunately, America is so terribly oppressed by fake news, we don’t even know it.

How is asking for an investigation improper? The president could legally just say “if you don’t investigate the Bidens, I’ll nuke your country and kill you in a drone strike.” And it is 100% proper. Just like it was 100% legally proper for the Secretary of State to use an unsecured server—even if top secret info was stolen by foreign hackers. The negative impact of a bad decision by a president or Secretary of State is NOT ILLEGAL AND NEVER WAS. It doesn’t matter if it gets us into a nuclear war or if it lets another country steal the blueprints to our nuclear program. Our top officials can do stupid things that can get us all killed. THAT CAN NEVER (I HOPE) BE A CRIME IN THE UNITED STATES.

Foreign policy is done with the diplomatic service. You cannot use your personal lawyer to conduct foreign policy. That is in violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act. It's also unconstitutional, as your personal lawyer was not appointed with advice and consent of the Senate.

That is nonsense. Pure nonsense.

Well, that's the crux of it: there's reems and reems of evidence that says it isn't.
