My meme was intended to comment on the hypocrisy of the officials that bashed Trump as incompetent and racist for not helping them, yet the problem was actually their incompetence and/or corruption. Now, I should have been clearer as I didn't know the situation with that mayor.

1) will they starve you? Perhaps not but they sure don't care about deaths of citizens by illegals, you know, cuz Trump isn't for illegals.
