The longer she holds out, the more fodder the RNC will be able to load the cannon with. Have yo wonder if the DNC will ever recover

Look at the timeline. Trump didn't withhold foreign aid the Republicans did, and it had nothing to do with Bidens son.

Democrats can't afford a Senate acquittal. They don't want to be asked why they wasted $250 million on a fake impeachment by their constituents.

That's a pretty personal benefit.

Actually they did.. the only votes in the impeachment that were bipartisan were against it. Dems voted with republicans to NOT impeach trump, but the for votes were entirely partisan.

Aha! Do you know what that factoid shows, though? Just the opposite of what you are citing it to prove! To wit:

1. Some Democrats thought for themselves and broke ranks with the majority of their party to vote against impeachment (or abstain).

2. Republicans, to a man, voted against impeachment in lock-step. (The sole exception, Justin Amash, had already left the GOP.)

So who's more open-minded about impeachment: Reps or Dems?

There is no lock step where the republicans voted, as the whole thing was obviously a partisan hack job. Not hard to see why no republican voted for it.

We’ll see if history sees it your way or mine!

How do you think Trump is going to hold up under oath?

Moving goal posts much? You were talking about how pelosi wanted a bipartisan impeachment, not about whether or not dems were free thinkers. The fact is, impeachment was ENTIRELY partisan and the only bi-partisanship was in opposition.

And the only reason it wasn’t bi-partisan is that Reps are closed-minded to a man. Dems aren’t; as some voted the other way.

THIRTY FIVE people have announced that they were Running for the 2020 Nomination at one point or another

at it's deepest the Field was 25

how exactly was Biden "Trump's Political Rival" if he still needed Then (as he does now) to Beat the Multitude of other candidates (it's Still 15? deep) to get the nod...

Seems like a very 'Chess' Move for Trump to try and 'Take out' Biden almost a Full Year before the Dem's Convention (50 Weeks) to finalize/Formalize their General Election Opponent
