Treason is not 'petty'... he did it before he was elected, asking Russia to interfere and hack Americans, he did it after when he said he takes Putins word over American intelligence sources, he did it again praising a dictator like Kim Jung Un, he did it again when he paid hush money to the National Enq to bury stories and try to influence the election... then he did with Ukraine and the phone call that he admits to asking a foreign govt to help influence an election, he did it again when he used guilliani to go over there instead of diplomats. He used an unsecured phone for the first 6 months, he hired and gave a top lever security clearance to his dingbat daughter who then used unsecure whatsapp for communication. He got his eastern European communist wife's family citizenship, He did it again in Helsinki again taking Putins side of his fellow Americans. He and his family are moral and criminal derelicts and not fit for the highest office in the land.
and while not "criminal;" he is ignorant, stupid, low class, insulting and has not just tortured innocent poor people looking to the USA for a better life via separations and incarcerations, he has divided American families many of whom no longer speak to each other because of his foul divisive 'leadership'....
