It’s implied by a direct quote from you that you mean “all” because you don’t prefix it with say “most”, or “some”, or “many” or some other adjective that would appropriately state that you meant the opposite. It is an inescapable and gross generalization that you have made. I was a registered Republican and now am a registered Independent and have never been a racist my whole life. Yet you still probably think that I am.
It’s not for me to deny that many, exactly whatever that means, Republicans are racist. It is for you to prove that many are which you definitely cannot since you don’t know all Republicans. Hence the horrible generalization.
