I had a boss who lived through the soviet takeover of Romania. She could barely talk about it. I remember her saying that when the communists came, they took everything.

Yep. I work with a Romanian who is now a US citizen. His family had a radio station, and the Gov't came in a shut them down, and tortured the family. He calls them "creeemeenalls"!

Nor actually no. History has shown time and time again, that Sicialism leads to Dictatorship and not communism.



Communism while a good system in theory, is riddled wuth so many practical holes and the way to getting there is so hard that litterally no one made it to that point. They all failed when they got to Socialism.



So I think some people are confused about my opinion here lol

Wanna know something else? The swastika isn't /really/ a symbol of hatred. It's actually a religious symbol of prosperity that's thousands of years old.

Likewise, feminism was supposed to be about equality for women, but it doesn't matter now though, does it? The ideology has forever been ruined by third wave "feminists".

Here's the thing... want to know how *I* know you don't know anyone from Eastern Europe? Because speaking in glowing terms about communism, or defending it, as you are doing would mean you would be dead. Your body would never be found. I would pay good money to see you try to explain it wasn't *real* Communism to them. That would be entertaining as hell !



I would say you had better pray you never, ever spout that shit in front of someone from Poland. They would make your last moments on Earth very, very interesting and very, very painful. They would make sure your body was found - over there and over there, and waaaaaay over there as well, just to send a message. There is a reason COMMUNIST Russia kept Poland on an incredibly short leash. You would do well to learn why, but you will not.

However, Communism and Socialism are two diffrent things. Socialism is supposed to lead to Communism. But it wont because the system of Socialist rule is so unstable and prone to Corruption that we got Venezuela, Laos, Vietnam, Cuba from it. China doesnt count cause they arent Socialist anymore, but semi Capitalist.
