Loads of hairspray and tons of black eye liner. The 90's were a time of ridiculousness. LOL

Either that, or you used more hairspray than girls of the 1960's and 1980's combined.

We used to get the BIGGEST can of Rave #4 we could find. I used to go through 2-3 cans in a week.
