Why people hate it when a Californian moves into the state.

This is what is happening to places like Texas, where it used to be a republican stronghold and all the wackos from California and New York all move and now it’s turning purple.

So very true. I live in what used to be a very conservative, small government state, NH. NH has been invaded by Massachusetts liberals (we call them Mass-holes), who try to escape the high taxes and high cost of living of Massachusetts. And when they get here, they start demanding all of the services that they are accustomed to like street lights, golf-teams at schools, town sewage instead of the rural septic systems, curbside pickup of trash by the town instead of relying on themselves to take a trip to the dump, etc. And it totally changes the entire nature of the State in rather bad ways.

Yup, the exodus is underway. Just last month we welcomed another couple with two kids and California license plates into our neighborhood. Brings the total to 2 couples and 5 children this year. Hopefully they're not frothy mouthed liberals! Trying to stay optimistic over here...

Easiest way to find out, put a "Trump 2020" sign on your lawn.

I know a family practice MD who couldn’t afford to live comfortably in San Francisco because of the high cost of living. That’s pretty sad.
