i dont, the edge of my vanity is 25 inches from the edge of the seat, our toothbrush rack is 30 inches from the edge of the seat.Our house has 1.5 baths both comodes are less than 3 feet from sink

European trains have small sinks in their WCs, but they post a notice saying the water isn't for drinking.

US code,all federal building in the USA with pressurized water must be safe for drinking.
Any pressurized water hooked up to any type of machine (in public) must have anti-backflow devices on them too.
The sewer line and the tap water are 100% separate

The water out of those sinks above is probably cleaner than 99% of the water in South america
